The Dudley Farm Museum

Scott’s Yankee Farmer

Visiting Scott’s Yankee Farmer in East Lyme is a fun spot to visit that offers tons of activities in the fall months. This farm has been family owned for over a century and it’s on over 100 acres. I love going in the fall months to do the corn maze.

Fort Hill Farms

Fort Hill Farm in Thompson is another great spot to visit in the fall. They have a pumpkin patch and a corn maze. They also have a creamery that has The Farmer’s Cow ice cream that was made with milk and cream from the farm. In the summer months, you can enjoy their gardens.

Ekonk Hill Turkey Farm

Ekonk Hill Turkey Farm is a family-owned farm in Moosup. They have a great farm store that also has a small cafe inside. In the summer months, it’s a great spot to grab ice cream. In the fall, they have a great corn maze to check out.

B&B Farm

B&B Farms in West Haven is a family-owned farm that has seasonal flowers, produce, and ice cream. They have a small farm store on the property and there are even some animals you can visit while you’re there! It’s a great spot to visit in the summer months.

Wicked Tulips

Wicked Tulips Flower Farm is a great spot to visit Preston. This is a pick your own tulip farm that is open during the spring. You will need to get tickets prior to visiting. It’s a great spot to spend a spring day and it’s a great spot for photos.

Lyman Orchards

Lyman Orchards in Middlefield was rated the best apple orchard in the nation by USA Today. While its apple orchard is well known, there’s much more to do here than just pick apples. In the summer months, there’s a sunflower maze. In the fall, there’s a corn maze.

Riverview Farms

This farm in Glastonbury is home to the Old Cider Mill. It’s a great spot to visit in the fall. You can get delicious cider and cider donuts here. There’s also a fall festival that happens here and a petting zoo, making it a great spot for a family day!

Woodstock Orchards

Woodstock Orchards in Woodstock is a family-owned farm and bakery. They offer pick-your-own apples and blueberries seasonally. Their Bakery Barn offers some seriously delicious baked goods.

Lapsley Orchard

Lapsley Orchard in Pomfret has been producing food since the earlier colonial days. This is a great spot to visit in the fall to go apple picking, but they also have a fall festival and free wagon rides through the orchard.
