Johnny Rockets at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut, is the place to go for a great burger and fries. The menu has something for everyone, with more than 100 items to choose from. But, they are most well-known for their burgers, fries, and milkshakes.

If you are looking for a delicious burger and fries, Johnny Rockets Foxwoods is the place to be! The restaurant has a 1950s feel to it, complete with jukeboxes, soda fountains, and retro decor.

The menu features all of your favorite American dishes, from burgers and fries to chicken sandwiches and salads. And don’t forget the milkshakes! If you’re looking for a fun and nostalgic dining experience, Johnny Rockets Foxwoods is definitely worth checking out.

As I mentioned above, Johnny Rockets has a variety of options on their menu. While they are known for their burgers, fries, and shakes, they also have other items on the menu such as salads and even breakfast!

Starters

Johnny Rockets has a lot of great appetizers. They’ve got fries, tater tots, onion rings, and a chili bowl! You can dress your fries and tots up with cheese, chili, or bacon. Their chili cheese fries are quite popular. Their onion rings are also popular because they’re made with crunchy sourdough breadcrumbs!

Burgers

One of the things Johnny Rockets is most well-known for is their burgers. Some of the burgers they offer are The Original, the Bacon Cheddar, the Rocket Single, the Smoke House, the Spicy Houston, the Route 66, and the Black Bean Burger.

The Original

The original was their burger that started it all. This burger includes lettuce, tomato, chopped onion, relish, pickles, mustard, and mayo.

Bacon Cheddar

The bacon cheddar is one of their most popular burgers on the menu. This delicious burger has applewood smoked bacon as the star of the show. Another notable ingredient in this tasty burger is they include their special sauce on it. This burger is my boyfriend’s go-to whenever we go to Johnny Rockets!

Rocket Single

The Rocket Single is another great burger on the menu. This burger also features the special sauce, like the Bacon Cheddar. This burger is essentially the same as the Bacon Cheddar, just without the applewood smoked bacon!

Smoke House Burger

Looking for something a little more exciting than your typical burger? If so, this burger is for you! This tasty burger features the applewood smoked bacon, crispy sourdough onion rings, cheddar cheese, and their smoke house BBQ ranch sauce. This burger is loaded with flavor!

Spicy Houston

If you’re into hot and spicy foods, this burger is for you! This burger turns up the heat with jalapeños, pepper jack cheese, and their smokin’ chipotle ranch. As someone who loves some good spice, this is one of my favorite burgers on the menu!

Route 66

The Route 66 is another great burger option on the menu. This burger features Swiss cheese, grilled mushrooms, caramelized onions, and mayonnaise. The caramelized onions are my absolute favorite part about this burger, they add so much flavor!

By the way, I got to see the real Route 66 during a road trip from Phoenix to the Grand Canyon. A stop in downtown Williams, Arizona, is a great way to relive the retro 1950s.

Burger Customization

All of these burgers are customizable and you can get them as a single or a double. Additionally, if traditional burger patties aren’t your thing, you can change the protein! The protein options include chicken breast,

There are also various extras you can get on your burger including bacon, avocado, chili topping, onion rings, grilled mushrooms, grilled green peppers, jalapeños, and fried egg.

Additionally, there are various cheese options including American, Cheddar, Pepper Jack, Provolone, Swiss, and even a cheddar cheese sauce! My personal favorite cheese to add onto my burgers is Pepper Jack Cheese for that extra spice.

While the burgers are all served on a brioche bun, you can get swap it out for a different bun. One option is the wheat bun, which has no additional charge. If you’re gluten-free, they have Udi’s buns available! You can get these gluten-free buns for an additional $1.25.

Other Entrées

If burgers aren’t your thing, there are other options on the menu! They have sandwiches, such as Philly Cheesesteaks, grilled chicken sandwiches, BLTs, grilled cheese, and chicken club sandwiches. They also have chili dogs!

One of my personal favorite chicken meals to get here has been crispy chicken tenders and fries since I was a kid. When I’m not in the mood for a burger, this is my go-to meal!

They also have a couple of salad options if that’s more your style. You can get a Grilled or Crispy Chicken Club salad or a Green House Salad.

The Chicken Club Salad has grilled chicken breast or lightly breaded chicken tenders served on seasonal greens with chopped Applewood smoked bacon, diced tomatoes, shredded Cheddar cheese and a dressing of your choice.

The Green House Salad is a bit simpler with seasonal greens topped with diced tomatoes, shredded Cheddar cheese and a dressing of your choice.

Their dressing options are a house-made ranch dressing, honey mustard, balsamic vinaigrette, bleu cheese, 100 Islands, and a fat-free Italian dressing.

Milkshakes

Johnny Rockets is hands-down one of my favorite places to get a milkshake. There’s definitely a reason why they’re known for their milkshakes! They have a variety of flavors, but there is really no bad option when it comes to their hand spun shakes.

If you’re looking for just a simple milk shake, you can get one of the originals, which includes chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla. My personal favorite is the chocolate shake.

If you’re looking for something with a little more pizzaz, they have a list of deluxe shakes to choose from that has something for everyone. Some of the deluxe flavors include cookies and cream, strawberry crumble, peanut butter, and banana just to name a few.

If you’re ever visiting Foxwoods Resort Casino, I’d definitely recommend making a stop at Johnny Rockets for some burgers, fries, and shakes!
