One of my favorite things about Hubbard Park is the variety of trails. Whether you’re an avid hiker or just want a leisurely stroll, the paths offer incredible views of the surrounding area. A top feature is Castle Craig, a stone observation tower that gives you panoramic views all the way to Long Island Sound on a clear day. It’s the perfect spot for a fall outing in Connecticut to see the foliage.

Hubbard Park also features a lovely pond where you can feed the ducks or simply sit and unwind. With plenty of open space, it’s great for kids to run around or for laying out a blanket and soaking up the sun. If you’re in the Meriden area, Hubbard Park is definitely worth a stop.
